Every Ruby is constructed entirely from solid 304 stainless steel — housing, burners, cooking grids, and all structural components. The proprietary fabricated I-Burners deliver up to 80,000 BTU across 4-burner configurations with flame thrower ignition at every burner position. The patented Thermal-Heat Searing Grid insulates heat from the burner directly at the cooking surface, enabling the grill to reach 700°F with the hood up and 800°F with the hood down in under five minutes — the kind of searing temperature that produces genuine steakhouse crust rather than oven-roasted grill marks. Cooking grids feature variable rod spacing for flexible cooking surface configuration. Interior halogen lighting and front LED panel lighting that color-shifts — blue to white to orange to deep red — as grill temperature increases give you a visual temperature indicator that's as functional as it is dramatic. The Ruby is available in 30, 36, and 42-inch configurations with 3, 4, and 5-burner layouts, and optional rear infrared rotisserie burners, smoker boxes, and rotisserie kits. All Ruby grills are covered by a limited lifetime warranty on all 304 stainless steel structure and components, with an exclusive 3-year burn-through guarantee on the I-Burners.
