We're not a big box store and we're not trying to compete on volume. What we can promise is that you won't find a better price on the same item from a legitimate authorized dealer — and if you do, we want to know about it.

Found a Lower Price Before You Buy?

If you're shopping around and spot a lower price on the exact same product from an authorized U.S. dealer, reach out before you order. We'll match it — or beat it — including all shipping, taxes, and fees in the comparison. Just send us:

  • The product name and model number
  • A link to the competitor's product page
  • A screenshot showing their full price, including shipping and tax

We'll verify it quickly and get back to you so you can place your order with confidence. No runaround, no "let me check with a manager" — just a straight answer.

Already Ordered? You're Still Covered for 30 Days

Bought something from us and then found it cheaper somewhere else within 30 days? We'll refund you 110% of the price difference. That's not a typo — we think you should actually come out ahead for catching it.

For example: you paid $1,000, and you find the exact same item for $900 at an eligible retailer. We'll refund you $110 — that's 110% of the $100 difference.

To request your post-purchase refund, email us at info@deckandden.com with:

  • Your full name and order number
  • The make and model of the product
  • A screenshot of the competitor's full price, including all fees
  • A direct link to the competitor's product listing

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Price match requests are limited to one per order.

How the Guarantee Works — The Fine Print

We want to be straight with you about what qualifies, so there are no headaches later:

  • The item must be identical — same brand, same model, same configuration — sold by an authorized U.S. e-commerce retailer that follows the brand's MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy.
  • It must be brand new, in stock, and include the same U.S. warranty and all standard components.
  • We compare total price — their price plus shipping, taxes, and any other fees against ours. Apples to apples.
  • Only applies to items $250 or more.

The following don't qualify for a price match:

  • Brick-and-mortar store pricing
  • Marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, Overstock, etc.)
  • Members-only clubs (Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, etc.)
  • Clearance pricing, flash sales, coupon codes, or pricing errors
  • Prices from unauthorized or gray-market sellers

We also reserve the right to decline a price match if verifying the listing isn't possible, or if matching it would put us below our actual cost. That's a rare situation, but we want to be upfront that it exists.
