No — the countertop is not included and must be sourced separately. Sunstone's modular cabinets accept any countertop material; common choices are granite, concrete, porcelain tile, and quartzite. The cabinets include a removable 1" counter rail that allows both bullnose and bevel-edge countertop profiles. Plan your countertop selection and installation before setting up the gas and electrical connections.

The island uses Sunstone's snap-together modular pin-lock system. Cabinets connect to each other without specialty tools, and adjustable peg legs level the island on uneven surfaces. Clip-on kick plates finish the front and back. Sunstone estimates setup time at under one hour for most builders. You will need a licensed plumber or gas technician to run and connect the gas line, and an electrician to install the GFCI outlet required for the LED connections on the Power Cirque.

The assembled SCPTEXCAJUN9 measures 108 inches wide (9 feet), 28.25 inches deep (with drawer panels), and 34.5 inches tall with legs but without a countertop. Adding a standard 3/4-inch countertop brings the total height to approximately 35.25 inches. Cabinet legs are adjustable up to 36 inches maximum to accommodate uneven surfaces. Total shipping weight is 685 lbs.

The Sunstone SUN24PCB Power Cirque Burner delivers up to 65,000 BTUs across its three-ring circular burner system. This output is designed for large-pot cooking — crawfish boils, gumbo, jambalaya, and high-volume frying — where even heat distribution across a wide base matters as much as total BTU count.

The Ruby Series SUN13CPRO infrared grill supports multiple cooking inserts and configurations. With the included cooking grid and flavorizer racks it functions as a standard infrared grill. With the mini hood (included), it traps heat and smoke for low-and-slow or steam cooking. Optional inserts — sold separately — include a solid steel griddle, charcoal tray and grate, pro sear grilling rack, and a commercial-size deep fryer basket. All inserts swap between the Companion Pro and the Power Cirque station where compatible.

Yes. The SUN24PCB package includes a 15-inch pizza stone. An optional flat griddle insert is also available and converts the circular burner station into a high-heat flat-top cooking surface for fried green tomatoes, smash burgers, or Cajun-style breakfast. These accessories are sold separately from the island package.

All structural components — cabinet panels, framing, doors, handles, and kick plates — are made from 304 stainless steel, the same grade used in commercial kitchen equipment. The #4 light brushed finish hides minor surface marks well. For routine cleaning, use a mild stainless steel cleaner and wipe in the direction of the grain. Avoid steel wool or abrasive pads that can scratch the surface and introduce rust-prone particles. Each gas appliance in the island requires a minimum of two air-flow vents in the corresponding cabinet. For Natural Gas installations, vents are placed in the HIGH position. For Liquid Propane, vents go in the LOW position. Gas connections must also maintain a minimum 24-inch clearance from all combustible materials, 5 feet from countertop to the bottom of any overhead combustible material, and 8 feet from floor to any overhead combustible material. For enclosed outdoor kitchens or structures, a vent hood above the cooking appliances is required. Review both the cabinet install guide and the individual appliance install guides before beginning construction.

Yes. The modular pin-lock system allows you to add additional Sunstone cabinet modules, swap appliances, or rearrange the cabinet layout as your cooking needs evolve. The 20" appliance cabinet (SAC20CSDR) ships with a right-swing door but can be swapped for a left-swing configuration at no additional charge by contacting Deck & Den before your order ships. Sunstone's full lineup of single-module cabinets, appliance stations, refrigerators, sinks, and ice chests are all designed to integrate with the same cabinet system.

No — the SCPTEXCAJUN9 package does not include a sink or refrigerator. It is configured around the cooking stations: the Power Cirque burner, Companion Pro grill, spice storage, and multi-drawer cabinet. If you want to add refrigeration or a sink, Sunstone sells compatible appliance cabinets and drop-in modules that connect to the same modular system. The SCPTEXCAJUN9 ships freight via semi-truck with liftgate service. Each cabinet and appliance is individually wrapped but fully assembled. Free curbside liftgate delivery is included — the carrier places the pallet near your garage or main entry. A delivery appointment is typically scheduled so you can be present to inspect all pieces before signing. Sunstone provides a limited lifetime warranty on the 304 stainless steel cabinet structure — covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use. The Power Cirque Burner and Companion Pro Griller are covered by separate manufacturer appliance warranties. Labor is not included in any warranty coverage. Warranty is honored directly by Sunstone Metal Products; Deck & Den passes through Sunstone's coverage but does not independently warrant the product. Yes. The 20" Appliance Cabinet (SAC20CSDR) ships by default with a right-swing door. If you prefer a left-swing configuration, contact Deck & Den before placing your order and we'll arrange the substitution at no additional charge.
