The A-SS17 is a drop-in sink — create a cut-out in the countertop that includes room for the faucet and soap dispenser, then drop the sink through the hole. The Brazos is a compact 9-foot island with a 3-burner RUBY3B grill (45,000 BTU), a single Versa burner, a 21" refrigerator, and a 17" sink. The French Quarter is a larger 13'7" island with a 5-burner grill with infrared searing (RUBY5BIR), a double side burner, a warming drawer, a 21" refrigerator, and a 21" sink. Choose the Brazos for a smaller footprint with the core grill-burner-fridge-sink workflow; choose the French Quarter for a larger, more fully loaded outdoor kitchen with a warming drawer and higher-output grill.

The RUBY3B draws fresh air through the front and vents through the back. On windy days, orient the grill so prevailing wind does not blow into the rear. If wind blows into the back of the grill, erect a partition wall at least 14" high to shelter the rear, or grill with the hood open while staying close by to monitor temperature. Do not leave the hood closed and unattended for more than 15 minutes in breezy conditions while burners are on.

Sunstone Metal Products provides a limited lifetime warranty on the 304 stainless steel cabinet structure and finish, with rod handles, peg legs, kickplates, trim kits, and end panels covered for 5 years. The RUBY3B grill is covered under Sunstone's Ruby Series grill warranty. The 1SSB burner's brass burner, cooking grid, and housing carry a lifetime warranty; other components (ignitor, knobs, valves, tubing) carry a 1-year warranty. The SAPFR21PRO refrigerator carries a 3-year warranty on structure and finish and a 1-year warranty on refrigeration components and the compressor. The A-SS17 sink basin is covered for 3 years; the faucet, soap dispenser, and drain for 1 year. All warranties are honored directly by Sunstone Metal Products; labor is not included. Deck & Den passes through these warranties but does not warrant or fulfill them directly.

Deck & Den offers a 45-day return policy on new, unused, unassembled items in original packaging. Given the size and weight of this island, inspect the shipment carefully at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier paperwork before signing.
