Wildfire Outdoor Living warrants its outdoor grills, side burners, and griddles to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the periods listed below. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only with valid proof of purchase, and is non-transferable.

  • Warranty covers replacement parts only; labor, service, and installation are not included.
  • Shipping and handling charges apply for replacement parts.
  • Warranty is void for rental or commercial use unless covered under the Common Area Warranty.

Residential Warranty Coverage

  • Limited Lifetime: Stainless steel housing and frame.
  • Limited Five-Year: Cooking grids, warming racks, and flavor grids.
  • Limited Two-Year: Cast stainless steel burners, infrared burners, valves, and manifold.
  • Limited One-Year: Ignition systems, electric and plastic components, and all other parts.

Common Area (Commercial) Warranty

  • Limited Two-Year: Stainless steel housing, frame, cooking grids, warming racks, flavor grids, burners, and valves.
  • Limited One-Year: Ignition systems, electric and plastic components.

Exclusions & Limitations

  • Normal wear, corrosion, scratches, dents, or discoloration due to heat, weather, or cleaning chemicals.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or incorrect fuel supply.
  • Paint loss, rust, or stainless-steel color changes considered normal wear.
