Videl Alta 84I 84" BBQ Island w/ Fridge

The Alta 84I includes the Gran Fuego 36" built-in grill (4 Onyx Pro burners, 68,000 BTU, 304 stainless steel, HeatWave Chamber, Flavor Bars, CoolTouch knobs, warming rack, grill lights, thermometer), LP conversion orifices, the 4.5 cu ft DG-R20 outdoor-rated refrigerator (ETL approved), and 36" powder-coated double-door storage — all pre-assembled into the powder-coated steel island frame. Gas supply connections are customer-supplied or contractor-installed on-site. A dedicated 15-amp electrical circuit is required for the refrigerator.

The Alta 84I ships configured for Natural Gas. LP conversion orifices are included in the box with the grill, so switching to Propane is a straightforward orifice swap before gas connection — no separate purchase required. The DG-R20 refrigerator requires a dedicated 115V AC / 60Hz, 15-amp circuit with a grounded 3-prong outlet. It must be on its own circuit — not shared with other appliances — and extension cords are not permitted. Have a licensed electrician install the dedicated circuit as part of your outdoor kitchen rough-in before the island arrives.

The DG-R20 is rated for ambient operating temperatures above 60°F (16°C) and below 90°F (32°C). In climates with very cold winters, drain and power down the refrigerator during off-season periods when ambient temperatures will fall below the rated range. It should also be installed in a location protected from direct rain, water spray, and wind exposure.

The island measures 84 inches long (213.4 cm), 36 inches high (91.4 cm), and 30 inches deep (76.2 cm). Plan clearance on all sides for access, ventilation, and service. The Gran Fuego 36" grill requires a minimum 24-inch clearance from combustible materials in any direction — see the grill owner's manual for full installation clearance requirements.

The Gran Fuego 36" grill overall dimensions are 22"H × 36"W × 25¾"D. The cutout is 10"H × 32½"W × 22"D. The grill is integrated into the Alta 84I island — no separate cutout planning is required for this island purchase. These dimensions are useful if you're also considering the grill for a custom outdoor kitchen build.

The Gran Fuego 36" provides 653 square inches of primary cooking area across four independently controlled burners, plus a 207 square inch adjustable warming rack — 860 square inches of total cooking surface. That's enough primary space to run a high-heat sear zone on one side and a lower-heat indirect cooking zone on the other simultaneously.

The Alta 84I ships 99% pre-assembled. Once positioned on your patio, the main steps are connecting the gas line to the grill and plugging the refrigerator into a dedicated grounded outlet. If converting to Propane, orifice swapping is required before the gas connection (instructions are in the included grill manual). No major structural assembly is needed on delivery day.

The Gran Fuego 36" requires a minimum 24-inch clearance from combustible materials in any direction. In an enclosed outdoor structure, a minimum of 5 feet from the counter to any overhead combustible structure and 8 feet from floor to the underside of any overhead structure are required.
