Le Griddle's 16" Wee gas and electric griddles both require a non-combustible cabinet for built-in installation — this insulating liner is how you get a built-in look inside a wood or composite island without that requirement. Built from 304 stainless steel with a notched rear-left connection point for your gas or electrical hookup, it fits precisely around the Wee griddle's cutout, holding correct clearances so the unit performs the way Le Griddle designed it to. Installation stays straightforward: cut to the liner's own cutout spec, drop it in, then install your Wee griddle as usual. It is not compatible with Le Griddle's trim kit (GFFRAME40) for the Wee series, so choose one or the other for your built-in finish.
