At the heart of the Broilmaster P3XF is a stainless steel Bowtie-style burner that spreads flame evenly across the entire cookbox for exceptional heat distribution at any setting. Under the grids, Flare Buster ceramic flavor tiles act as flame tamers, smoothing out hot spots, reducing flare-ups, and vaporizing drippings into rich, smoky flavor. A stainless steel smoker shutter lets you switch quickly between open-flame grilling and indirect roasting or smoking.

Tri-Level Rod Grids, Retract-A-Rack & Included Griddle

The P3XF features a tri-level, two-piece stainless steel rod cooking grid set so you can fine-tune distance from the flame and create true multi-zone cooking. A chrome-plated steel Retract-A-Rack warming rack adds 253 in² of secondary cooking space and removes in seconds when you need extra lid clearance. The included stainless steel griddle is ideal for breakfast spreads, smash burgers, fajitas, seafood, and vegetables.

Valves, knobs, ignitors, labels, hoses, fittings, and paint on the aluminum grill head carry a Limited One-Year Warranty.
