BBO Poker Tables are backed with a limited lifetime structural warranty so you can rest easy that your BBO table will be the center of your game for years to come!
What’s Covered?
BBO Poker Tables warranty covers the table’s structure, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring it withstands its intended load without failure or significant deformation.
What’s Not Covered?
Consumable components such as table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam components are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These items naturally wear with use but are available for purchase and replacement on our website.
Seating Warranty
BBO chairs, ottoman, and benches are covered under a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from customer modifications or improper use including but not limited to: Damage due to use not intended for the product such as rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limit, standing or climbing, etc. Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents, inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damage)
Warranty Disclaimers
Warranty is Non-Transferable: Valid only for the original purchaser. Electronics: Electronic components are warrantied for 2 years from the date of delivery. LED Customizations: Modifying or customizing LED components will void the warranty. Refinishing the Table: Any refinishing or modifications to the table will void the warranty. Assembly Adjustments: Incorrect assembly adjustments can void the warranty, so please follow our assembly guidelines. Improper Use voids the warranty. Examples of improper use include but are not limited to rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limits, standing or climbing, etc. Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents. Inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damage)
Warranty Resolutions
Deck and Den will provide replacement components for valid warranty claims. Replacements will be shipped to you, and you’ll be responsible for installation, as we do not offer in-house technician services. We’re committed to keeping your BBO table and chairs at the center of your entertainment experience.
RETURN POLICY
All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibilities of the customer and custom orders (poker tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages. There is a 15% restocking fee for all products.
BEFORE PRODUCTION
All orders (poker tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are 100% refundable and cancellable without a fee for 24 business hours. After 24 business hours, a 15% cancellation fee on the entire order will be applied as we will begin preparing your materials for production. All pre-orders (marked as such on the product page) will be 100% refundable for 72 business hours, after which the 15% cancellation fee will apply.
AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED
Change requests or cancellations are subject to a 30% fee on the entire order after the order has been confirmed and production has begun. Please notify intentions of return/exchange and to receive RMA by emailing us at info@deckandden.com.
SHIPPING PROTECTION AND CONCEALED DAMAGE
Deck and Den and BBO Poker Tables proactively protects customers from shipping damage. The track and trace system “Copperwire TNT” allows our customers to document any shipping damage of BBO Poker Table products. It is important that you use Copperwire TNT and note any damages on the bill of lading during delivery. As long as you do this, you are 100% covered from shipping and concealed damage situations. Deck and Den and BBO Poker Tables cannot assist, by law, any concealed damage claims for BBO Poker Table products if damages were not noted on the bill of lading during the time of delivery. Freight shipping is not the same as ground package shipping (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) and it is important to note any damages on the bill of lading and through the Copperwire TNT system.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
All warranty claims require documentation (photos and videos) of the issue. Simply attach the files to an email with your name and order number in the subject to info@deckandden.com. Our Customer Service representatives confirm receipt within 24 hours to advise resolutions. Concealed damage from not properly inspecting, documenting damage and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and BBO Poker Tables has no ability, by freight law, to pursuit compensation for the damages incurred. We do not want to see this situation, so it’s very important to follow our Shipping and Receiving Instructions, actively note damages during delivery, and use our Copperwire Track and Trace system.
