American Made Grills Estate 30" 2‑Burner Gas Grill

The EST30 is a drop-in grill head designed to be installed into a custom outdoor kitchen island cutout. The ESTFS30 mounts the same grill head on a freestanding 304 stainless steel cart with locking caster wheels, 2 collapsible shelves, double access doors, interior door condiment tray, and propane tank storage — no island required. Both configurations share the same grill head, BTU output, cooking surface, and included accessory package. The ESTFS30 ships fully assembled.

Red brass is a copper-zinc-tin alloy that resists corrosion more effectively than standard stainless steel, particularly in high-heat cycling environments like a grill burner. It's used in commercial and professional kitchen equipment for exactly this reason. AMG uses it in the Estate series as a premium differentiator — it costs more but outlasts stainless over the life of the grill.

The Estate 30" delivers 64,000 total BTUs: 52,000 BTU from two 26,000 BTU red brass main burners, plus 12,000 BTU from the rear infrared rotisserie burner. The main burners and rear burner operate independently — run them simultaneously for rotisserie cooking or separately for standard grilling.

The required cutout dimensions for the Estate 30" are 28.75 in wide × 21.625 in deep × 10.25 in tall. Always confirm against the AMG Cutout Dimensions Sheet (linked in Manuals & Documents above) before finalizing your island build. If your outdoor kitchen uses combustible materials such as wood framing, the Estate 30" Insulating Grill Liner (GL-EST30) is required and sold separately. Cutout dimensions apply to the built-in EST30 only — the freestanding ESTFS30 does not require an island cutout.

The rear infrared burner is positioned at the back of the grill and radiates heat inward toward the rotisserie spit. This surrounds food on the spit with even radiant heat from behind — no hot and cold spots, no constant basting required. The rotisserie kit ships in the box with every Estate 30". The rear burner is independent and can be run simultaneously with the main burners.

The Estate 30" uses heavy-duty 9mm solid stainless steel cooking grates. At 9mm, they are thicker than the 8mm grates on the Atlas series and retain heat more aggressively after loading cold proteins — translating to cleaner sear marks and more consistent cooking temperatures across the surface.

Ceramic briquettes sit above the burners and absorb radiant heat, redistributing it evenly across the cooking zone. This reduces hot spots and dampens flare-ups from dripping fats — so the outside of your steak doesn't char before the interior reaches the right temperature. The ceramic briquette system also vaporizes drippings and returns them as aromatic smoke, enhancing flavor.

Yes. A 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner is included in the box with both the built-in (EST30) and freestanding (ESTFS30) configurations. This is a separate, concentrated sear station that generates high radiant heat for steakhouse-quality crust — distinct from the 12,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner. Both are included with every Estate 30".

The Estate 30" is covered by American Made Grills' Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty. Structural and mechanical components — stainless steel construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, hood springs, and briquette systems — are covered for life, 100% non-prorated. Electrical components, including LED bulbs, wire harness and switches, power source wire, transformer, and interior halogen light wire and bulb, are covered for 3 years. Labor is not included. The warranty is honored directly by American Made Grills. Register promptly after purchase to activate coverage.

Only with the correct insulating grill liner. AMG requires the Estate 30" Grill Liner (model GL-EST30, sold separately) for installations in outdoor kitchens constructed from combustible materials such as wood framing. Do not install without it in a combustible surround. Confirm clearance requirements against the AMG Cutout Dimensions Sheet before beginning construction. This applies to the built-in EST30 only — the freestanding ESTFS30 does not require island installation.

Both configurations ship with the grill head, rotisserie kit, stainless steel griddle, 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner, smoker tray, care kit, and User & Care Manual. The built-in (EST30) includes a vinyl grill cover. The freestanding (ESTFS30) includes both a deluxe freestanding grill cover and a vinyl grill cover. The included accessory package is valued by AMG at over $1,000.

The Atlas 36" is a gas-only built-in using U-tube burners and a ceramic briquette heat system, with three burners and 853 in² of cooking surface in a 36" footprint. The Estate 30" uses red brass burners (a premium material upgrade), 9mm grates (vs. 8mm on the Atlas), adds a rear infrared rotisserie burner, and ships with a more complete accessory package — but in a 30" footprint with 755 in² of cooking surface. Choose the Estate 30" when you want a premium built-in with rotisserie capability in a compact cutout; choose the Atlas 36" when cooking surface is the priority.
