The patented Thermal-Heat Searing Grid insulates heat from the burner directly at the cooking surface, enabling the grill to reach 700°F with the hood up and 800°F with the hood down in under five minutes — the kind of searing temperature that produces genuine steakhouse crust rather than oven-roasted grill marks. Cooking grids feature variable rod spacing for flexible cooking surface configuration. Interior halogen lighting and front LED panel lighting that color-shifts — blue to white to orange to deep red — as grill temperature increases give you a visual temperature indicator that's as functional as it is dramatic.
