IMPORTANT!

If you note damages accordingly, we are able to quickly solve any issues and send out replacement parts and provide our world class customer service!

Shipping Receiving Instructions:

All orders of BBO Poker Tables are subject to the following shipping guidelines. Please read this carefully, if you do not report damage to your products according to the proper protocol you waive your liability to file shipping insurance and Deck and Den will not be responsible for damages or filing concealed damage. Please read this carefully.

All BBO Poker Tables ship on pallets via ground freight, fully insured, directly from the manufacturer. Our carrier will call you prior to delivery to schedule a day and time to deliver your table. Please note, most freight carriers require a 4 hour time window for delivery. ALL deliveries are CURBSIDE ONLY unless you have set up white glove/inside delivery with us PRIOR to your table shipping. If inside delivery is added on at the time of delivery with the carrier, an additional invoice will be issued to cover the service.

In the event that your table is damaged in transit, as long as your follow our receiving instructions we will be able to send out a replacement for you immediately.

Here's how to properly receive your poker and game table.

For optimal handling and assembly, we strongly advise having two individuals carry and assemble the table. To prevent any potential damage to the armrest, please refrain from dragging it on the floor during assembly. Your care ensures the longevity and quality of your table.

BOX COUNT

Inspect all boxes and make sure you have all the pieces to your order. Check the bill of lading from the delivery company to make sure you have all your boxes. Report any missing boxes to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING. Get it in writing!

Check For Damage

Next inspect all the boxes for anything that looks like damage. A punctured or smashed box, open it and make sure that there is no damage. In the event of damage, you must report it to the driver and NOTE ON THE BILL OF LADING and have driver sign next to it. If you do not note the damage on the bill of lading you are confirming that you received the goods in perfect condition and you release the shipping company of any liability on the shipment.

In case you didn't get that – if you sign the bill of lading you cannot claim damage afterwards. Deck and Den is not responsible for shipping damage discovered after signing the bill of lading. Manufacturers defect is not the same as concealed damage.

In the event that something is damaged:

Note the damage to the driver and make sure you have it in writing on the bill of lading and delivery paperwork. Call us immediately, we will make sure your replacement pieces get arranged to be shipped out quickly.

DO NOT accept the damaged box, send it back with the driver. Please keep the boxes which are in good condition.

DECK AND DEN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONCEALED DAMAGE AS A RESULT OF NOT INSPECTING THE ORDER DURING DELIVERY.

CONCEALED DAMAGE

If you notice concealed damage while unpacking your table that were not clearly visible during delivery please contact us at info@deckandden.com with pictures of the concealed damage within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please note DECK AND DEN or our carriers are not liable for damages that occur while moving your table into your residence or business, so please make sure you have assistance on the day your table arrives to insure you and your table make it inside safely as your new table is quite HEAVY. DO NOT DELAY

BBO Poker Tables and Seating Warranty and Returns

 

LIFETIME WARRANTY

BBO Poker Tables are backed with a limited lifetime structural warranty so you can rest easy that your BBO table will be the center of your game for years to come!


What’s Covered?

BBO Poker Tables warranty covers the table’s structure, including materials, fasteners, pedestals, and feet, ensuring it withstands its intended load without failure or significant deformation.


What’s Not Covered?

Consumable components such as table finish, playing surface layouts, armrest material, and foam components are not covered under the lifetime warranty. These items naturally wear with use but are available for purchase and replacement on our website.


Seating Warranty

BBO chairs, ottoman, and benches are covered under a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from customer modifications or improper use including but not limited to: Damage due to use not intended for the product such as rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limit, standing or climbing, etc. Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents, inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damage)


Warranty Disclaimers
  • Warranty is Non-Transferable: Valid only for the original purchaser.
  • Electronics: Electronic components are warrantied for 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • LED Customizations: Modifying or customizing LED components will void the warranty.
  • Refinishing the Table: Any refinishing or modifications to the table will void the warranty.
  • Assembly Adjustments: Incorrect assembly adjustments can void the warranty, so please follow our assembly guidelines.
  • Improper Use voids the warranty. Examples of improper use include but are not limited to rocking, dragging, exceeding weight limits, standing or climbing, etc.
  • Damage from neglect, abuse, misuse, improper storage, or accidents.
  • Inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care including concerns such as pet hair, environmental growth, uninvited guests, or water damage)

Warranty Resolutions

Deck and Den will provide replacement components for valid warranty claims. Replacements will be shipped to you, and you’ll be responsible for installation, as we do not offer in-house technician services. We’re committed to keeping your BBO table and chairs at the center of your entertainment experience.


RETURN POLICY

All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibilities of the customer and custom orders (poker tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages.


BEFORE PRODUCTION

All orders (poker tables with custom armrest material and custom layouts) are 100% refundable and cancellable without a fee for 24 business hours. After 24 business hours, a 15% cancellation fee on the entire order will be applied as we will begin preparing your materials for production. All pre-orders (marked as such on the product page) will be 100% refundable for 72 business hours, after which the 15% cancellation fee will apply.


AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED

Change requests or cancellations are subject to a 30% fee on the entire order after the order has been confirmed and production has begun.

SHIPPING PROTECTION AND CONCEALED DAMAGE

Deck and Den and BBO Poker Tables proactively protects customers from shipping damage. The track and trace system “Copperwire TNT” allows our customers to document any shipping damage of BBO Poker Table products. It is important that you use Copperwire TNT and note any damages on the bill of lading during delivery. As long as you do this, you are 100% covered from shipping and concealed damage situations.
Deck and Den and BBO Poker Tables cannot assist, by law, any concealed damage claims for BBO Poker Table products if damages were not noted on the bill of lading during the time of delivery. Freight shipping is not the same as ground package shipping (UPS, FedEx, Amazon) and it is important to note any damages on the bill of lading and through the Copperwire TNT system.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

All warranty claims require documentation (photos and videos) of the issue. Simply attach the files to an email with your name and order number in the subject to info@deckandden.com. Our Customer Service representatives confirm receipt within 24 hours to advise resolutions.

Concealed damage from not properly inspecting, documenting damage and signing the bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and BBO Poker Tables has no ability, by freight law, to pursuit compensation for the damages incurred. We do not want to see this situation, so it’s very important to follow our Shipping and Receiving Instructions, actively note damages during deliery, and use our Copperwire Track and Trace system.
