Broil King builds gas grills the way serious outdoor cooks want them built: patented Dual-Tube™ burners that distribute heat more evenly than conventional tube burners, the Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system that vaporizes drippings and radiates searing heat back up to the cooking surface, and heavy-gauge stainless steel construction designed to perform through decades of outdoor use. The Baron, Regal, and Imperial series are manufactured at Broil King's facility in Huntington, Indiana — making them genuinely North American-made grills with parts continuity that means replacement components are still available years after purchase.

The Imperial is the flagship of the lineup — featuring reversible cast stainless steel cooking grids, patented Dual-Tube™ burners, the full Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, and interior oven lights standard across the lineup — rotisserie kits included on select models. Available in 490, 590, and 690 configurations in both freestanding cart and built-in drop-in formats for permanent outdoor kitchen installation. The 590 is the most popular model in the series — 5 burners, a large cooking surface, and the best balance of output and footprint for serious backyard entertaining.
